Specific hospitalized!dean fic.

John is cursed and beats dean until he's hospitalized. John makes dean get external brace so he heals quicker, its extremely painful.

I have this recollection of a fic I read once about Bobby and Dean, where Dean asked Bobby who was his favorite between him and Sam. It was from Bobby's POV, and I think Bobby was thinking to himself that Dean was his favorite, but he didn't think it would be good for Dean if he told him that.
